Order processing occurs between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 3–5 days of placement, and they will be shipped the next business day after processing is complete.

Shipping takes between 10 and 15 days, so we kindly request your patience as we update your logistics status.

Many of our products are handcrafted with care. Due to the high volume of orders, we need 1 to 2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may extend the delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. In most areas, the local postal service handles deliveries, so your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is made, the postal service will leave a notice card with instructions on collecting your order.
