We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders will be handled within 3–5 days of placement, and shipped the next business day once processing is completed.
Shipping usually takes 10 to 15 days, so we kindly ask for your patience while we update your logistics status.
Many of our products are carefully handcrafted. Due to the high volume of orders, we need 1 to 2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. In most areas, the local postal service handles deliveries, so your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is made, the postal service will leave a notice card with instructions on collecting your order.
