Returns & Refund
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped or enters production. Full refunds will be issued for all canceled orders. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been dispatched.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please note that returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Late or Undelivered Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first verify your bank account details and contact your card issuer for further assistance. If the issue persists, please contact us at assistme@purlieuhome.com. To obtain the return address, please email our customer service team at assistme@purlieuhome.com.
